Rental Policies
The
Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach hosts our premier four bedroom,
four bath condominium. This beautifully decorated oceanfront condominium is on
the twelfth floor and is approximately 2000 square feet. The 26 foot wide
oceanfront balcony offers a full size table and chairs as well as additional
seating. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.
The kitchen and all baths have granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. All
bedrooms have a cable TV's. The condo also has DVD players. High-speed internet
access is provided free of charge. Finally enjoy the big screen TV in the living
room.
Vacation in luxury as you enjoy all the amenities 1210 Crescent Shores has to
offer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private bath with
jetted tub, large shower and double sink. The second bedroom boasts two
queen-size beds and a private bath. The third bedroom mimics another master
suite with a king-size bed and a bath right outside its door. And don't forget
the fourth bedroom which again provides two queen-size beds and another private
bath. Additional sleeping room is found in the queen-size sleeper sofa in the
living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a bar seating area to accompany the
six person dining room table. The smoke-free condominium also has a large pantry
and full size washer and dryer to accommodate extended stays. A storage room
just outside the condo is provided for housing all of your beach items.
Crescent Shores other amenities include: Exercise Room , Pools, Hottubs, Lazy
River, Kiddie Pool, Indoor Heated Pool in the Winter, Beautiful Wide Beach
