Some of the luxuries you will encounter while vacationing at SouthWind on the
Ocean include a private, 167-square-foot, oceanfront balcony with access to the
master bedroom and living room, and large oceanfront water recreation area
featuring indoor and outdoor pools, spas, lazy river and kiddie pool, convenient
access to beach, lavish landscaping showcasing reflecting pools with fountains
and walkways, state-of-the-art exercise facility, insulated double stud walls
between condominiums reducing noise, and tray ceilings.
The entire family can enjoy the oceanfront public playground and
walking/exercise trail located only a few steps from your condominium. This
fabulous condo offers granite counter tops and ceramic tile throughout.
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool
garden tub, huge separate shower, and a double sink. Not to mention a walk-in
and private linen closet. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a
private bath. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bathroom just
outside its door. There is plenty of closet space in all the bedrooms to meet
your needs. Each bedroom has its own television.
The cooks in the family will feel right at home in the fully-equipped upgraded
kitchen open to the living and dining areas. Separated by stately columns, the
dining area boasts an eight person table. The comfortable living room leads to
the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and enjoy a steady breeze and listen
to the sounds of the sea. There is also a queen-sized sofa sleeper for
additional sleeping space. A full size washer and dryer complete this package.
