The Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach hosts our premier, elevator equipped five bedroom, four and an a half bath luxury home located on 17th Ave South. "Blue Sea Shell" is an incredible accommodation that rivals any. Only steps away from the beach you and your family will enjoy vacationing in this comfortable home that sleeps a maximum 22 people. This home features a handicapped accessible elevator with a ramp in the garage. The elevator stops on all three levels of our home. Parking is ample with the fully enclosed double sided garage that can accommodate multiple vehicles and store your beach supplies.

The entire family will be more than comfortable in this 3700 plus heated sq. home. The main living room is complete with plush sofas and a swivel chair. One sofa acts as a sleeper. The kitchen is equipped for the cooks in the family. All the amenities of your kitchen from home await you; black appliances set off the stately kitchen, solid surface counter tops, microwave and raised oven, cook top, dishwasher and refrigerator complete this spacious area. You will also find many small appliances for your convenience as well including a blender, mixer, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen comfortably seats fourteen with six bar stools and a six person dining room table and a small three person table. Or simply dine on the screened in porch right off the living room with seating for six. Extend your kitchen plans as the "Blue Sea Shell" also provides you with a grill.

Our Bedrooms provide several sleeping options. The main level of the house is where you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private luxury bathroom with jetted tub and large separate walk-in shower. This bath also features two separate sinks and a huge walk-in closet. This level of the home also has a half bath. The third level of this home is where the other bedrooms reside. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. The third bedroom hosts two queen beds and a twin. The fourth bedroom is set-up with two queen beds. And lastly the fifth bedroom offers two twin beds. This level features three full baths. All bedrooms have their own TV. The second living room area with two sleepers, wet bar with small refrigerator is also located on the third level of this home.

"Blue Sea Shell" has every amenity you could want and more... Step outside into your private back yard and enjoy your private pool. The pool area has a four person table and chairs and loungers for the sun bathers in the group. If a private pool didn't complete this package add a game room with a pool table for even more family fun!!

If it is beach fun your after, take a quick stroll on the sidewalk right down to the public beach access. This access also provides public parking, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Also within a short walk are two beachwear stores, Lost Treasure miniature golf attraction, Molly Darcy's bar and grill and a convenience store.

The house is located roughly 1 city block from Ocean Blvd. There you would cross Ocean Blvd to the public beach access which provides parking, showers and restrooms. The top floor balcony offers a ocean view.
