South Carolina, 29577. Only minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant
Row, Broadway at the Beach, The Pavilion, Dixie Stampede, Myrtle Beach
Convention Center, and many other attractions. With more than 100 championship
golf courses and dining at more than 1650 restaurants, it is a resort

Our Penthouse condo residing on the top floor of this outstanding complex offers
every amenity you could possibly need.
Be one on the lucky renters to experience this luxury
unit. This condo has never been rented out... until now. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool
garden tub, huge separate shower, and a double sink. Not to mention a walk-in
and private linen closet. The second bedroom offers a king bed and private bath
(Until March 26, 2010) The second bedroom will offer two double beds after March
27, 2010. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and
a bathroom just outside its door. There is plenty of closet space in all the
bedrooms to meet your needs. Each bedroom has its own television.
The parking at Southwind is located directly in front of the
building. There is no need to lug bags or groceries across Ocean Blvd.
Southwind's parking is on the same side of the street as the resort.
This wonderful condo has a fully-equipped upgraded kitchen open to the living
and dining areas. The comfortable living room furnished with plush seating
accommodations leads to the oceanfront balcony where you can relax, enjoy a meal, or simply listen to the sounds of the
