The Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach hosts our premier, elevator equipped five bedroom, five and an a half bath luxury home located on 17th Ave South. "Shore Beats Work'n" is a luxury accommodation that rivals any. Only steps away from the beach you and your family will enjoy vacationing in this comfortable and plush home that sleeps up to 24 people. This home features a handicapped accessible elevator with a ramp in the garage. The elevator stops on all three levels of our home. Parking is ample with the fully enclosed garage that can accommodate multiple vehicles and store your beach supplies.

Your whole family will be more than comfortable in this 3700 plus heated sq. ft. tropically decorated home. The main living room is complete with plush sofas and two large chairs. One sofa is a sleeper. The kitchen is equipped for the gourmet cooks in the family. All the amenities of your kitchen from home await you; stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter tops, microwave oven, raised oven, cook top, pop up down draft, dishwasher and refrigerator anchor this space. You will also find many small appliances for your convenience as well. The kitchen comfortably seats twelve with six bar stools and a six person dining room table. Or simply dine on the screened in porch right off the gathering room with seating for eight. Don't forget to plan an outdoor cook-out and use the grill at the pavered pool deck.

Our bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements. The main level of the house is where you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, sofa sleeper, private luxury bathroom, jetted tub and large separate walk-in shower. This bath also features two separate sinks and a huge walk-in closet. The third level of this home is where the other bedrooms reside. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. The third bedroom accommodates three double beds. The fourth bedroom is set-up with two queen beds. And lastly the fifth bedroom offers you one queen bed. This level features three full baths, one of which is handicapped equipped with seated shower.

"Shore Beats Work'n" has every amenity you could want and more... Step outside into your tropical back yard and enjoy your private pool. The pool area has a four person table and chairs and loungers. Right outside the pool in the garage is a large full bath, to shower before going up stairs or coming in from the beach. The area also features a stand alone ice machine. Our game room is set-up for maximum fun with a pool table and a card table. The second living room contains a wet-bar with small refrigerator and a PlayStation 2. We have set-up a game area in the garage with an air-hockey table, baseball game and seating. And for those of you who must check their email, we have provided an office complete with a desk and wireless internet connectivity.

If it is beach fun your after, take a quick stroll on the sidewalk right down to the public beach access. This access also provides public parking, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Also within a short walk are two beachwear stores, Lost Treasure miniature golf attraction, Mr. G's ice cream and hotdog stand, Molly Darcy's bar and grill and a convenience store.  Or simply stay put and get a take in the view of the Atlantic ocean from the rocking chairs on the top floor balcony. No matter what your pleasure just remember it "Shore Beats Work'n."

With a short 2-3 minute walk down this sidewalk you can be at the ocean.

The house is located roughly 1 city block from Ocean Blvd. There you would cross Ocean Blvd to the public beach access which provides parking, showers and restrooms.

We have also provided a gas grill for our property.

Our pool area has loungers, table / chairs and a gas grill.

We have also provided a desk area to check your email with wireless internet connectivity.

In the garage we have set-up an area with an air hockey game, ice machine, full bath, baseball game, table and chairs.
